My experience was terrible . I did 3 seperate services to fix my stabilitrak issue.. Sherman said oil change then it was spark plugs then it was something else .. all 3 of the things he fixed cost a total of 1200$ !! When they changed the spark plugs there is no way mechanic would miss the valve cover melted and had a hole in it.. your mechanic then said i needed a pcv valve and had to order it.. while i waited i went to midas .. within 10 minutes the found the melted valve cover which was causing the stabilitrak issue! Your shop had my car 3 different times over 6 days and couldnt find the issue? I would have asked for a refund but i didnt have time and was too angry to go through the entire process! Midas fixed my issue same day for 500$ less than i already spent not counting the pcv valve your employee suggested which i didnt even need!! Its shameful to try and steal money from customers by fixing things thats unnecessary just to boost sales numbers! I have posted on all my social media platforms to never use tire choice!! I was scammed by your mechanics and the Sherman guy in the front office on the sunset store! Absolutely disgraceful!! You cant get to the spark plugs without

I commend Josh and his team for doing an excellent job. They completed the tire repair in less time than promised. In addition, they were very pleasant and created a relax and friendly environment, made time for pleasantries, and a few laughs. I conclude that it’s a good place to get one’s tire needs.

I have taken two of my cars to Tire Choice multiple times. They are my mechanic of choice each time. I got thorough honest information about what was happening with my vehicle and what the options were. I never got an upsell or any kind of pressure, and I felt confident in the quality of the repairs that were made. Sherman made sure I clearly understood everything each step of the way.

I cannot say enough good things about Sherman, the store manager at Tire Choice/Goodyear in Henderson, Nevada. He went above and beyond while diagnosing and repairing our Ford Explorer. From the start, Sherman was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through the entire repair process, explaining everything clearly and making sure we understood what was needed. Our vehicle was kept for two nights, and Sherman reassured us that it was safely secured and locked up each night. What really stood out was his communication. He kept us updated throughout the entire process and made sure all of our questions were answered. Before returning the vehicle, he personally ensured that the alignment was correct and that there were no unusual noises, making sure everything was working properly before handing us the keys. Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, but Sherman delivered it every step of the way. His professionalism, honesty, and dedication to his customers are truly outstanding. Tire Choice is fortunate to have him. Someone give this man a raise!

10/10! I'm very picky when it comes to shops regarding my vehicle, this is one place I can blindly drop my car off and not even give it another thought. JOSEPH is on of the best and hardest workers there this man checked diagnosed and fixed my flat in exactly 17 minutes. 17 MINUTES! I even came in late right before closing and he was the nicest person ever props to Joseph old school work ethic I love it.!
